Maybe you just need a frog 🐸
My mind likes to race a few minutes after I go to bed. Chill Frog ZZZs gummies do wonders with helping to fall asleep, but in addition, here are a few tips that I’ve found useful.
- Make your bedroom a sanctuary – a place where you want to fall asleep. Declutter, and add a couple of houseplants
- Lose the electronics once you’re in bed. If you must, wear blue light blocking glasses
- Don’t take a sleep aid like Chill Frog ZZZs until you are mentally ready to fall asleep. If you take one and then force in 3 episodes of your Netflix binge show, it will have the opposite effect
- Try to be consistent with the times you go to bed and wake up
- Have some white noise in the background. Nature sounds, a fan, white noise apps, or ASMR
