These past 2 years have been crazy to say the least and we know many people have suffered from mental health issues and anxiety fueled by the pandemic. New Year's resolutions are tricky and most people over reach a bit and ultimately feel bad about themselves when come February or March, they haven't accomplished what they set out to do.
With that in mind, no matter what your resolutions may be, here's something you need to promise yourself you'll do: DEDICATE TIME FOR YOURSELF in 2022. Even if just for a few minutes a day to close your eyes and meditate, or take a quick walk, look out the window, pet your dog, 20 minutes of yoga, throw the ball with your son, etc.
